14-Day Refund Window
Customers can cancel any subscription agreement and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, without giving any reason. This applies to all subscription plans.
After 14 Days
Refund requests after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or exceptional circumstances.
Abuse & Chargebacks
Fraudulent usage or excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
